     The general population often takes for granted an understanding of how to exercise properly.  For many, this assumption proves false.   Errors in technique lead to injuries.  Misunderstanding the effects of specific exercise results in frustration when people do not reach their intended goals.  Take the time to learn to realistically identify your fitness goals, design a safe and effective program and maximize your results.  
      Combine medical concepts, physical therapy and personal fitness training to optimize strength, flexibility, balance and endurance.
Work with the doctor - Unsure about your exercise program or of how to select the right trainer?  Schedule a session, or a few with Dr. Jaff herself.  She will review your current exercises, your personal goals and fitness status and teach you the most effective exercises.  She can help you overcome common obstacles: time constraints, poor technique, unbalanced exercise programs, boring or tedious repetitions and more.
