Stacey Jaff, MD graduated from Brandeis University in 1987 and The Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 1994.  She completed a surgical internship at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital and her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Thomas Jefferson Medical Center in Philadelphia and The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.  Dr. Jaff attained board certification in 1999.  In 2005 she was appointed a clinical instructor for the Department of Rehabilitation at The Mount Sinai Hospital.  In 2015 she was promoted to assistant professor.

    Dr. Jaff opened a solo physiatry practice on Central Park North in May 2006.   Through November 2014 full physiatric services were available including general physiatry, sports medicine, pain management and electrodiagnostic testing. In June 2015 Dr. Jaff joined the staff at Mount Sinai St. Luke's Hospital as attending Physiatrist on the 15 bed in-patient Rehabilitation Unit. She continues work at The Mount Sinai Hospital with the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine since September 2016 Dr. Jaff practicing outpatient physiatry with The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in the Faculty Practice and the rehabilitation Clinics.   

     At Mount Sinai Dr. Jaff continues her practice of Sport and performing Arts Medicine,  She has expanded her practice to include musculoskeletal ultrasound along with  previously practiced injection techniques, trigger points, botox and other joint and soft tissue procedures.

Since 1996 Dr. Jaff continues to serve as a field physician for the New York Road Runner's Club.  This has afforded her the opportunity to reinforce practically what she fosters professionally, that mobility, fitness and health are essential in life.
